Positive: Incredibly clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped with everything a family with a small baby might need to spend some days. The employees were all super friendly and available to help out.

Positive: Room was slightly dated, but it is clean with an amazing view of ankara. The bathroom was clean and specious. Shower works great too. Breakfast has a nice selection from eggs, to melon and cheese and breads. The pool downstairs was the highlight for me, also a gym that I didn't use and a sauna but it was jot working. Erdem the receptionist is extremely helpful, along with all the staff. Easy access to buses to Kizilay from the main street or they can call you a taxi.
Negative: Would be nice if there was some alternative things for breakfast.. apart from that, for the price you get a lovely comfortable hotel.. with a nice lobby and relaxation room with beautiful ottoman paintings and a piano, that I listened a guest playing.
Summary: Amazing view of Ankara from my room, big pool and gym and friendly residents and staff!

Positive: Staff are great, friendly and helpful and the do go above to help where they can. We had 2 x 2bed apartment and 1 x double bed for a family gathering, so spent a lot of time in the property. The larger apartments were spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The location was great for us, it's calm and quiet neighbourhood with cafes and a shop near by.
Negative: The property is in need of renovation. The pictures on the website are of the property but maybe from long time ago. The air conditioning system is very old and not effective at all. It was super hot at night and not comfortable specially for the children. There was a problem with our door system for all rooms which meant we needed a new card almost every time we tried to access the rooms, which was super frustrating after the 10th visit to the reception. However we were told this problem was only with our party! The fitness centre was most disappointing! only two of the equipment was actually working and it was super hot in there as no air-conditioning. The pool water was cold, we had two small children with us so this was not comfortable the whole space is dungeon like with no atmosphere. When it comes to the 'Spa" there was a door with sauna written on it but this was not on and the shower was one that we avoided. Breakfast: Limited items which wasn't an issue however with one person serving rooms and topping up the buffet this meant that often we had to wait for food and coffee to be topped up. The wifi is poor and keeps cutting off. The property is fine but not what it is advertised at. I believe if they were to update their pictures and manage travellers expirations then informed decision can be made in regards to staying in the property. I would also recommend to reconsider 4* rating.
